Amanda Wyatt is an institution in the British bridal industry with over 50 years of bridal heritage. Amanda Wyatt is a specialist in unique internal corsetry and exquisite cut. Amanda Wyatt has something for every bride from the supremely stylish right through to the elegantly classic. She has just released three stunning bridal collections. The English Rose Collection was inspired by the next generation bride. The Classical Elegance collection took cues from Hispanic culture, with full flamenco skirts layered with rich organza to bodices embellished with intricate beading. And, lastly, The Oxford Collection was inspired by all things British and the wonderful year 2012 with the Queen’s Jubilee and Olympic games. Soft fabrics and flowing chiffons were combined along with intricate detailing to be luxurious. See the gallery of the collections below along with full details on each gown.
Adore – is bound to be a best selling gown with all the bridal essentials of lace, slim-line shape and a silk lace up back. Completed with a lovely mermaid skirt flowing down to the floorline.
Aisla - the Princess gown of the new Collection in silver blue with an ivory lace and tulle overlay.
Amelie – the most ethereal gown in the Collection. A soft floaty chiffon with lovely soft lace back detail and delicate guipure lace on the front bodice. The gown has been carefully handcrafted with over 2000 delicate beads. A whimsical design for a bride who desires a vintage style wedding gown.
Aria – is the lovely tea length gown of the Collection. The beaded and satin colours is decorated with over 7,000 beaded details and it’s great for those bride who just want to show off some gorgeous heels!
Audrey – lace top half is accentuated with fine beads and a sweeping silk neck-line falls into a beautiful V-neck back.
Blossom – this duchesse dress is all about the wonderful full-length full tulle skirt. A pleated bodice flows down to the waistline where over 120 flowers are hand-stitched on this gown to the floor.
Chantilly – a traditional bridal gown with a soft tulle style with a Chantilly lace bodice. Completed with a delicate beading around the waistline and a simple small train.
Cherub – A delightfully flirty gown with sheer v-neck straps decorated with bead floral detailing. The shoes on our photo-shoot were Charlotte Mills brand, so perfect to match the gown!
Cilla - a flattering pleated bodice gown simple in design with the pleated detail that flatters so many shapes. The wide straps can be worn either on or off the shoulder to create whichever silhouette the Bride prefers.
Edeline - a lovely matte satin with a French eye lash fringe lace on the bodice and a slim keyhole back and satin covered buttons making this classic in design from the front with a more glamorous back, appealing to the brides who want to have the best of both.
Geena – is our fun 50’s inspired gown of the Collection to show off a shoe-lovers feet! The lace and tulle bodice is adorned with lovely satin button detailing. It’s a great dress for spinning around the dance-floor in.
Hadlee – Silver sparkly sequin motifs embellish a sheer and satin pleated bodice and waistline. The silver motifs meeting into a low lace up back is simply magnificent. A great dress for pictures in the snow at a wintery wedding.
Hermoine - a sexy and glamorous with the lovely low neck showing the décolletage. The bodice is a stunning guipure lace and the skirt is a soft chiffon. This dress is for the confident Bride
Honesty – embraces a divine mix of lace and clear tulle on sheer skin. The lace fishtail skirt finishes off the gown perfectly. Honesty is the dress for a Winter wedding over the chilly months.
Isabel - a lovely lace fishtail gown that sits neat on the hips and with an A-line skirt. The bodice has wide straps and cotton lace detailing.
Jenni – the lovely straps are v-neck and sheer giving great attention to a bride’s décolletage. Not forgetting the skirt with layers and layers of tulle building up into a full skirt.
Leanne – Chiffon overflows the top of an inner bodice and strapline of intricate beaded detailing. A soft tulle material skirt flows down towards the floor.
Leia – a great gown for a beach wedding with 14-yards of chiffon. Slim straps move down to a tantalizing bodice accentuated with delicate pearls.
Logan - chiffon gown with a dreamy V-neck line. The pleating in this beautiful gown takes over 3-days for a bridal artisan to pin the pleats in place to hand-stitch.
Love – gorgeous defined gown of matte pleated satin to create a beautiful silhouette. The love dress is lace up to clinch in the pleats to gain the brides best shape.
Luna - silver sequin bodice and a full ball gown skirt
Madelyn – a bodice of beautiful embroidery, an amazing 9,000 beautiful pearls and sequins. With a full ball gown skirt - available in a peach shade too.
Mariah – a scooped beaded neckline flows down to silver, sparkly and ivory beading trickles downwards towards lace facets. The vintage silver lace back bodice flows down to a sexy fishtail lace skirt.
Matilda – a sweetheart necklace lace gown in fine tulle with guipure lace trim. A pleated satin band helps define a brides waistline down to the A-line skirt. The Matilda has a lovely keyhole back.
Nia – a fun short and sassy lace dress for those Brides who want to show off their legs. We can see this gown gracing Vegas or a beautiful beach in the Caribbean.
Ophelia – accentuated with over 5,000 diamante and sequin beads to create some sparkle and detachable wide shoulders to become a strapless gown. The Ophelia can result in two different looks on your bridal day.
Paislee – a proper wow bridal dress for those who want a dress to wiggle in! A figure hugging dress in lace with a train that will leave your guests gasping, a dress that is not for the wallflower Bride.
Precious – a full flowing tulle skirt with a waistline that clinches.
Rochelle – the simple shape, flower detailing and soft pleating of this gown make it breath-taking. A square neck is finished with the flowers detailing from the straps. The delicate material is delicately pleated to sweep around and show off a brides shape wonderfully.
Sapphire - The beading on this bodice sparkles and the lovely hanging pearls on the waist give it lovely definition to the waistline. The full skirt can be worn either with or without a petticoat
Tamsin - a luxurious chiffon gown with over 12 yards of fabric in the skirt and a soft lace bodice overlaid with cotton lace motifs.
