Valentine's Engagements Reap Wedding Savings

Valentine’s dinner in the posh, newly restyled Fairfax Dining Room includes a champagne toast and live entertainment. Executive Chef Todd Schofield created a tantalizing menu beginning with roasted butternut squash soup with apple coulis; duck confit and frisée salad with mustard vinaigrette; and champagne sorbet. Choose from four mouthwatering entrées, including grilled filet mignon with roasted garlic; seared scallops with lemon beurre blanc; Frenched chicken breast with sweet potato mash; and wild mushroom and sweet pea risotto. Save room for decadent chocolate crème brûlée for dessert. Dinner is served on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 14-15, 2014, for $120 per couple. Tax and gratuity are extra.
The Ultimate Romance package combines dinner with luxurious overnight accommodations and breakfast the next morning. Champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries are in-room amenities. The package is $249 per couple and available for stays beginning Feb. 14 or 15. Tax and gratuity are extra.
