Romance-Inspired Cuisine at The Setai, South Beach Sets the Mood this Valentine’s Day
Travelers can Extend the Romance by Taking Advantage of The Setai Experience Package
The warmth and serenity of The Setai, South Beach sets the mood this Valentine’s Day as Executive Chef David Werly presents two exceptional menus featuring distinct ingredients destined for romance. Savory Foie Gras, Oysters and Lobster are offered alongside indulgent White Chocolate, and paired with handpicked wine selections for a palate-pleasing journey to capture the senses.
Diners will indulge in a choice of Five- or Seven-Course Tasting Menu, featuring Cannelloni of Avocado with Scallops Ceviche, Aphrodisiac Yellow Tail Hamachi, Kushi Oysters, as well as Sonoma Duck Foie Gras, Nova Scotia Lobster Raviloi with Nantucket Bay Scallops, and Bitter Sweet Warm Chocolate Tart. Each course is wine paired and carefully selected by The Setai’s Head Sommelier Dwayne Savoie.
Pricing for the The Setai’s special Valentine’s Day menus are 110USD for the Five-Course Menu / 45USD with Wine Pairings and 155USD for the Seven-Course Chef’s Menu / 55USD with Wine Pairings. The Five-Course Menu will be offered Saturday, February 12, along with an a la carte menu. Both menus will be presented Monday, February 14 amid The Restaurant’s elegant atmosphere.
For out-of-town guests: The Setai is offering The Setai Experience package for couples to be embraced by serenity and disconnect this Valentine’s Day. Rates start at USD775 with a three night minimum.

For an indulgent spa experience, the Couple's Love Ceremony is the ideal way for couple’s to celebrate . Valentine’s Day. Begin with sparkling Champagne and Canapes as a soak-filled bath is drawn with Love Potion and Rose Petals. Follow with one 60 minute Couple's Ancient Balinese Massage and Love Bath Ceremony overlooking The Setai’s three sparkling swimming pools. The Couple’s Love Ceremony is priced at USD500 per couple and is available from February 1 through February 28, 2011
