Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake in South Casco, Maine is a magical location for a wedding and reception. Imagine the bride arriving to her ceremony on Migis's classic Chris Craft lake cruiser, and then exchanging vows under the pines with Sebago Lake and Western Maine’s mountains in the background. After the ceremony the bride and groom and their guests will enjoy cocktails, dinner and dancing in the lakeside lodge, and perhaps finish the evening around a bonfire on the front terrace.
Weddings at Migis are hosted in May and the first weekends in June, then after Columbus Day until around the first of November. The staff at Migis works closely with each couple to customize their wedding and be sure it is exactly what they imagined. Brides and grooms enjoy undivided attention as they have exclusive use of the property on their wedding day. For a Saturday wedding there is a minimum of 120 guests for the reception, as well as the requirement that the rehearsal dinner (minimum of 40 guests) is hosted at Migis. For a Sunday wedding there is a minimum of 60 guests for the reception. The maximum number that can be accommodated for a reception is 180 guests. Wedding guests are offered a special bed and breakfast rate and will enjoy overnight accommodations in the 35 cottages and six lodge rooms, all with fieldstone fireplaces, handmade quilts, fine linens, and daily maid service.
