The chillier wedding months are approaching so it’s time to bring some warm comfort to your fall and winter weddings.

One of the most unique and clever ways to do this is to set-up a DIY Coffee Bar at your wedding with a Keurig® brewing system taking the center stage for warm beverages without the wait.

How about Green Mountain Coffee® Pumpkin Spice Coffee K-Cup® pods for fall weddings and maybe a Raspberry Chocolate Truffle Coffee K-Cup® pods for winter weddings?

Do you know the best part when it comes to creating your very own coffee bar at your wedding reception? You get to bring the Keurig® brewer into your new home after the big day to start each day with a fresh brewed cup of coffee. {if coffee isn’t your thing - you can also use the Keurig® to make fresh batches of hot chocolate, cider, and even tea}

Here are 14 creative ideas to bring your very own indoor DIY Coffee Bar at your Wedding Reception to life {even a perfect idea for a bridal shower} . . .

1. Don’t forget about the Keurig® K575 brewer for as the star of the DIY Coffee Bar

2. A printable “Love is Brewing” sign {download your 5x7 print here}

3. Decorative chalkboards are perfect for names of the K-Cup® pods or type of roast

4. Pretty bowls to hold the coffee K-Cup pods in

5. A large collection of coffee mugs - can be all white, a mix of color, vintage, or even an eclectic mix {the choice is yours}

6. Use crates, cake stands, etc to vary the height of the items at the coffee bar for added interest

7. Don’t forget about some sweets for pairing with the coffee {cookies, mini muffins, pastries, donuts, it’s all good}

8. Cake stands, plates and bowls to present the display of yummy treats

9. Mini plates for guests to place their sweets on or cake stands for the sweets

10. Napkins {simple or decorative} - you can even rubber stamp something cute in the corner of them

11. Drink stirrers if you choose {can even hot glue on a fancy pom pom to a wooden stirrer}

12. Consider votive candles to bring a cozy feel to the coffee bar set-up

Here's Linda's great story behind her love of styled shoots . . .

"Workshops and styled scenes has become the best thing I know - besides real weddings. I want to create something like this all the time. It makes me go, and it makes my heart pound a little faster. My workshops are focusing on meeting new people with the same passion for weddings like I have. To learn from each other, spread your name, get friends forever, photograph a lot, eat a lot, and end with bubbly champagne. I love Italy, and want to bring Italy into my workshops. I do that by food - Italian lunch, Italian dinner. We had the best late night dinner at the Pomeranshuset in Ljusdal. It is a small italian-orangeri, in middle of nowhere, and the chef only brings the food from Italy herself."

At Linda's workshops, she also shares with attendants, her work-flow, programs she recommends, lots of editing & how to publish a submission for a wedding blog.
