The Bridal Market in NYC has started and below are 3 sketches from the new 2014 collection by designer Rita Vinieris for Rivini. I can't wait to see the actual gowns - it's always so fun to see wedding designs from sketch to finish - including gowns, wedding reception set-ups and even wedding cakes.

Rita says the theme for this season's collection is Return to Paradise. The inspiration came from her recent Holiday to the Riviera Maya and a walk on the beach she had taken with her family. Many wonderful seashells had been found in incredible shades of coral, sand and mother of pearl. The seashell souvenirs serve as a reminder to Rita of the sunlight on her face and the warmth she felt being surrounded by the ones she loves. It's that same feeling she wishes to share with the brides that wear her collection. I LOVE this - what a wonderful thing to read.
