Real Wedding : yellow & blue, it's a relaxed and fun summer wedding

Today's royal blue and yellow wedding, photographed by Leslie Roark Photography, is the perfect summer color combination - especially if you're marrying beachside, like Kristen and John were. Today's bride and groom wanted a relaxed, fun, summer-ish feel to their wedding and yellow seemed to be the perfect summer color to start with. But, Kristen knew she wanted colored, funky shoes so she decided that royal blue would work perfectly with the yellow and add that "pop" to her shoes she was looking for. And, I love a couple that just wants their guests to come and have a good time to celebrate the beginning of their marriage and new life together. After all, isn't that what it should be about? Marrying the one you love and celebrating with all your friends and family?

Thank you so much Leslie for sharing this beautiful summer wedding of Kristen and John with my readers today. To see more from Leslie Roark Photography, please visit her web site.

The water bottles and napkins are my favorite parts! "All you need is love" is a great theme!

The vibrant blue from the brides maids looks fantastic against the white of the bride. Amazing pictures.

Love the blue shoes, they are great and do add a wonderful pop of color. The ring shot is beautifully done. A very beautiful wedding at a great locale.

I wish I could have made her a silk hanger for her dress with her wedding colors. A blue silk bow with golden yellow flower would have been perfect. I will never be "mother of the bride" since my son refuses to wear a dress... so I get my thrills vicariously. A girl does what a girl has to do.

Colours Yellow and Blue really shows bright colors for summer! The designs were also great because they are cut short. No doubt the couples showed the true accent of summer wedding.
