The contest runs thru Monday June 28th, with a winner being selected on Tuesday June 29th. The 2 veils styles include:
1. A chic, lovely elbow length veil, made from an Ivory color polka dot Point D'esprit lace. The quality wire comb is beaded with a row of Sky Blue caviar beads for that "something blue". {$95 value}
2. Classic, romantic and gossamer light, this knee-length Mantilla veil is edged with a pretty floral scalloped lace, both in a Champagne color. A quality wire comb is stitched discreetly under the lace for a secure hold in the hair. {$130 value}

I don't usually like veil sites simply because they're overpriced and lack originality. Etsy's Honeycombveils, however, is the exact opposite of other veil sites. Their styles are innovative, original, in some cases sexy and really impressive. Makes me wish I hadn't made my veil already. ;)
My fave Honecombveil? Has to be the ultra dramatic Chapel Length Mantilla in coral pink and black. The black lace trimmed in pink stitching is so fantastic I can hear my friends and family gasping in appreciation now.
Maybe I should rethink my veil?
Wow! Thank you so much for showing us this site - I never would have thought of a colored veil. Everything else in my May 21, 2011 wedding is very budget conscious but the Mantilla Veil with Gold Lace with marigold, yes! marigold colored tulle and peacock blue beads is definitely my favorite! (and may very well be that one splurge item I've been promising myself. Wow, can't wait to get to work and show everyone!
Oh! How stunning, the veils at Honeycomb veils are so exquisite! My favourite is the Mantilla Veil with Gold Lace, I love the scalloped edges and the sequinned circle which would complement our wedding colours so superbly! Our wedding is (rapidly approaching) on Feb 19th, 2011!

I love the whimsical veils! Unique and fun. I'm getting married in August 2011 and the Elbow Length Veil With Lace Edge would go perfectly with my style.
Wow! Honeycomb has such unique and lovely veils! I think my fave to look at is the light apricot polka dot veil, because it reminds me of a dress i had when I was a little girl. of the two in the giveaway though, I LOVE the knee length mantilla, it's so classic, and the lace trim is just like that on my dress! I would love to wear it to my July 24th 2010 wedding!
I <3 veil #2, its gorgeous, but I also adore a cathedral length veil - I'm at the point in the wedding planning process where I'm trying to decide what type of veil I want. I know I want something, but there are so many amazing veils to choose from...
Wow! I have always wanted a mantilla lace because it would work really well with the classic Jackie O style that I was going for. BUT... I am now in love with the elbow or chapel length veils with Ivory color polka dot Point D'esprit lace! I have never seen that style before. It is so unique and would bring out my fun, romantic and whimsical side. Perfect for my April 2, 2011 spring wedding outside.

These veils are so unique and gorgeous!! I absolutely love the knee length Mantilla veil and the Pink Champagne Cocktail Veil!! Both would be perfect for our garden vintage wedding on September 13, 2010!
My favorite product is the #2 Mantilla Veil. It celebrates my Mexican heritage & is quite the charmer! Future hubby and I are on a extremely tight budget for our wedding, so this veil would be a blessing.

Oh I love the Mantilla veil. So long and regal and elegant. I would love to wear this to my wedding on September 10, 2011. I know it's a long way away but what can I say, I know what I like :)
I like the Pale Blue Veil With Starfish And Shells. It can be my something blue and it fits since we are planning to get married on the beach (7/30/11).
Honeycomb's veils are so gorgeous and romantic - I love how she is using suble color in some of them! I would have never thought of wearing a light pink veil - but now she has me re thinking! So my favorite of her veils (besides the gorgeous mantilla veil in the contest) would be her antique rose pink veil!
