This hard cover wedding design book features beautiful photography and covers all aspects of wedding design including Real Weddings by Sasha Souza that have never been seen before. Sasha's book is the first of its kind to offer details on event design from inspiration to execution {ranging from color couture, to florals, to creating inspiration boards, and much more}.

It took a long time to finally decide on a theme for the wedding, so many things looked so great. In the end we decided on a 'Vineyard' theme wedding with our colors being moss green, bordeaux, and gold, with lots of grapevine in the centerpieces and decorations. The wedding will be 07-03-2010 in Virginia wine country. Thanks so much for hosting this giveaway!

My fiance and I are getting married on August 21, 2010 (which is just a little over 6 months away) and we couldn't be more excited. We are getting married in an old renovated train station, and so we chose a theme/colors that would fit not only our personalities, but also our venue's personality. For the color scheme, we are going with a light teal color, greys, and mustard yellow as an accent. The whole feel of the wedding is going to be vintage|shabby chic. There will be lots of old books, a typewriter guest book, skeleton keys, and cameras (we are both photographers)!
reading your blog and looking at other magazines has made it SO difficult to settle on one theme for my wedding! I think my fiance and I are finally going for an East-meets-West wedding theme combining asian elements such as lanterns, umbrellas with modern chic colors like charcoal and teal :) The wedding will be May 30, 2011! :)
Thank goodness for all the online wedding resources -- I couldn't imagine doing this without web support. Our date is August 28, 2010, which coincides with our eighth (!!) anniversary. I'm Indian and my s.o. is bright and bold, so we've chosen red-orange-yellow colors. And hope to use veggies and herbs in addition to flowers. Cheers!
Our date is 9-10-11! We have been having such a hard time deciding on just *one* theme! We decided on a dark blue and dark purple theme (our favorite colors!) with Star Wars details like a Han Solo/Leia cake topper and our processional/recessional themes will be from the movies. It may be slightly geeky but it's so *us*!
Our wedding date is 09/25/2011... We have decided to have a a them "The Galaxy" mostly the stars and the moon since they play a very imporatant/sentimental part in our lives. We got engaged on Jan 25, 2009 under the Moon & the Stars. Our Wedding colors would be Royal Blue, Navy Blue & White. This Giveaway could help us so much so we can plan the wedding of our dreams and have a Great Time!
We found it very easy to pick a wedding theme. Since my engagement ring and our wedding bands are two-tone (gold and silver) we decided to do something totally unique and have gold and silver as our main wedding colors. The guys will have silver tuxes and the girls will have gold dresses. The flowers are a mix of pink flowers, which looks good with both colors. The overall theme is a sort of Fairy Tale wedding, except the whole Cinderella/pumpkin carriages/glass slipper part. We have both been very interested in Castles and Medieval Lore, so my dress is very "princessey," I'll be wearing a small tiara, our invitations have a castle on the front and say "Dreams do come true," and our cake is going to look like a castle. My prince and I are going to be married on April 24, 2010!
We will be married on July 23, 2010. One of our biggest challenges during this whole process is deciding on colors and themes. There is so much inspiration out there, it is so hard to commit! I believe we had decided that our theme is chic garden but we have a lot of work to do to make our dream a reality. This book would be such a great tool!
Let's see, my wedding colors are gold (including a soft champagne color), brown, blush, and beige. As for the theme, we're going for an elegant/vintage/romantic feel to it! Our wedding date is September 10, 2010!
My fiance and I love hiking and birdwatching. In fact, he proposed to me while doing both! We'll be getting married in a private 40 acre park this July 12th. My fiance wanted to wear his charcoal suit so we're using grey/silver and blue with accents of pink with lost of nature thrown in! We wanted a wedding that represented who we are, what we love and what we believe in so we're making it as 'green' as possible as well. Moss, ferns, birds (obviously =D), cake stands made out of tree trunks, etc. It's one big nod to the outdoors!
My fiance and I are having an outdoor wedding on Sept 25, 2010. He is from Montana and my only request to him was to wear his black cowboy hat and boots. We are keeping it very clean and simple. We couldn't be more excited! We are using orchids that are magenta and white so they are close to the ivory and lilac colors that I have chosen.
Our wedding is on July 25th, 2010, on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Orange County, CA. So of course we are having an ocean and beach inspired California casual wedding with a vintage modern twist!! We are including a range of blues found in the ocean and oranges and yellows from the sunset.
We are having a July 31, 2010 wedding, with a lovebird theme with coppery and gold tones.
i'm not getting married (yet!) but i'm a bridesmaid for my sister and (hopefully soon) sister in law's weddings this year. my sister's is May 15th and i'm basically helping her plan ever aspect of the wedding! The other wedding is December 10th and I'll be involved in that one as well as I've been titled "the crafty one". A book like this could be inspirational for both these weddings I'm involved in and (hopefully soon!) mine! I'd love a summer beachy themed wedding with a tan bridal party! :)
My wedding is May 22...and our colors are Hot pink and Navy blue
We are getting married on August 20,2010. There are many pretty summer colors but we decided to go bright and went with hot pink, light pink and orange :).
My wedding date is July 22, 2011! Our theme is navy blue and yellow, with a few sprigs of other colors thrown about. Also included is a theme of a honey bee, which will be incorporated into different areas of the wedding.
I'm getting married on Nov. 6th in St. Thomas!!! Our wedding colors are violet and....haven't gotten that far yet...the theme of our wedding is FUN!!!
We're getting married April 30, 2011. Our colors/theme are earthy as the main color is a jungle or emerald green with a rich brown as the accent. (I love green!, but I'm not quite sold on the brown). We haven't decided on a place yet for the reception, but we're leaning towards the zoo.

Scott and I are getting married on June 25, 2011. Our colors are hot pink, black, and white. I think the black will make the pink stand out even more and Scott thinks it will be funny to see his friends wearing pink :)
We are having such a hard time finding the perfect location within our price range. I've been going crazy researching DIY wedding ideas to help us cut costs anywhere we can so we can spend a little more on the location. With so many amazing ideas floating around me, I need to find a book like this to help me decide what direction I should take.
My wedding date is 07/17/2010 It got moved because of money :( I had to wait for tax return because I grew outta my dress. I have to buy a new one. My colors are turquoise and purple.
My wedding date is Oct 2, 2010. My colors are hot pink and navy blue.
Our wedding is November 13, 2010. I had first picked black, white and pink thinking that I was being original. What I've since found out is that it's everybody's favorite right now. We will have black and white stripes, and black with white polka dots as our patterns. And our theme, is 1950's Lounge. My dress is very old hollywood, and our local chocolatier is going to do fake cigarettes as our giveaways. By no means am I glorifying smoking, it just goes with the theme, and since there are no children, I find it funky!
