Real Wedding : a late 1800s early 1900s theme with modern touches
Email Article Today's bride {Melissa} loves old, vintage, handmade items and she's also a history major & buff. Therefore, the wedding of Melissa and Michael was set in a late 1800s early 1900s theme with modern touches. The beautiful photography is by Cami Haynes Photography. The color palette for the bride was champagne with blue flowers and for the maid of honors it was latté with green flowers. Cami says it was extremely laid back and comfortable and Melissa said "she was marrying her best friend". I love that, as in the end, after all the planning, that's what it's all about.

The bride and groom used ring books instead of pillows, vintage jewelry, bottles for vases dug up in their parent's yard, and the table numbers were 1800s-1920s. And, the bride herself made the desserts and her own wedding cake.

Thank you Cami for sharing today's lovely wedding with my readers. To see more from Cami Haynes Photography, please visit her web site and blog.
