A Moroccan Wedding {Inspiration Board}

Pops of color and varying textures everywhere are the key elements for a Moroccan themed wedding. I first spotted the Moroccan inspired wedding invitation on etsy and then the wedding cake. From there the board came to life. If you choose to have an outdoor wedding, placing colorful pillows around low tables is a great alternative to the traditional table seating for your guests.

And, lastly, another great resource for those looking to plan a Moroccan theme event can be found at Bellenza in their Wedding Bistro. You will find beautiful photos and superb tips to help make your Moroccan party come to life. And, for those looking for a cupcake tower instead of a wedding cake, here's a beautiful Moroccan themed wedding cupcake tower found via flickr.

Lovely ideas on this site, so thanks very much for sharing, I especially like the look of the pink cake, everything is so full of color and is so bright. My friend is getting married abroad soon, it was all so fast, kind of a last min decision. I thought she was going to wait for a while and plan something at home. I can't go as I can't get the time off work at short notice, but I plan to send her some of the best greeting cards online for free on her big day. The are not away for too long, so I will be able to give her my present when she comes home. I was thinking a nice piece of crystal and getting it engraved.
