Giveaway : AB Designs Wood Photo Frame

Guess what? After not having contests for a while, I have a brand new one launching today. After receiving an email from Vanessa about their interest in participating in a giveaway and offering a reader discount, I jumped right on it. The frames from AB Designs are absolutely gorgeous! I've never seen anything like them before. AB Designs specializes in high quality, beautiful frames for anyone that loves that extra touch of luxury. Here's a bit more about the wood frames from the company themselves: "Every frame from AB Designs is made of solid wood and is hand finished. The ribbon used is the highest quality of dupioni silk and each rhinestone piece is hand selected for each customizable frame. Because each frame is made from solid wood and totally hand finished, there will be slight imperfections that only add to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. The AB Designs line consists of four stunning, unmatched collections; Home, Bridal, Children and monogrammed. The customizable frames have endless color combinations and are available in several sizes from 4x4 to 10x20 and can be made horizontal or vertical."

Starting today, you can enter to win one of the frames from the AB Designs bridal line (perfect for your favorite newlywed photo), valued at $50 or more.

To enter the contest, simply leave me a comment letting me know your favorite wedding pose(s) for the bride and/or groom (ex. maybe it's when all the groomsmen hold the bride sideways or the groom kissing the bride under her veil). Contest runs thru Wednesday July 1st, with a winner being selected on Thursday July 2nd. Please be sure to leave your email address on the comment form {it will not be published} so I can email you if you're the lucky winner.

OoOOH....I always love the bride dip shot and the first dance shot is also a BIG favorite! These frames are quite LOVELY!!!

My fave shots are the ones that really capture the love & intimacy between the bride & groom.

I also love when the photog has the couple placed in a very non-traditional wedding location....like in front of a fabulous graffitti wall :)

Probably one of my favorite poses is the "dip" photo also!

The frames are gorgeous! My favorite poses are the one when the groom is portraying his love and affection to his bride, and they are comfortable with each other and the photographer is just there to capture their emotions.

I love the pose of all the groomsmen hold the bride sideways. I'm definitely going to do it when we get married at the beach next year. The frames are beautiful. Thanks for the giveaway!

I have seen SO many wedding pictures, and I would have to say that my very very favorite bride and groom picture that I have ever seen is one where the couple was dancing in the rain in the middle of the road and the groom was holding the umbrella high above their heads, they both had huge smiles on their faces and it was utterly romantic!!! =)

I saw a pose once where the bride's shoe was in the foreground and the groomsmen all looked like they were getting "stomped on" by the bride in the background - it was super cute and funny!

I love a classic "Loving look" pose, though - one that just shows the look we get in our eyes when we look at the love of our lives!!!!

This is a tough one...I like candid shots where the couple is laughing...just showing how much they are enjoying the day. Another must take shot is the brides shoes and the groom's fun socks!

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterBuckeye05

Jumping photos! The bride standing in the middle with all of her bridesmaids jumping for joy around her or the groom jumping in the air with the bride looking on.

The shot of the groom's face while the bride is walking down the aisle!

Hmm favorite posed shot? I'm gonna have to go with the bride and groom kissing under the veil, I know it's becoming way overdone but I still love it :)

My absolute favorite (posed shot) is when you put the bride and groom on opposite sides of a door so they can't see each other, this is before the wedding obviously. You can see the anxiousness in them wanting to peek around the other side to catch a glimpse. Adorable!

Bride's awesome colored shoes shot. I've bough at least 15 pairs trying to find the perfect ones.

i love when a bride stands behind the groom and rests her hand and chin on his shoulder! makes me melt every time i see it! so romantic!

I always love the cake cutting pictures and the garter pictures! They always show the fun you had that day!

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterMeghan

I also love the nontraditional poses, the bride and groom acting silly in front of a bright wall or something else unique. I'm not normally a formal person so I'm hoping to get some great informal shots.

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterLauren

My favorite pose is during the couple's first dance!!!

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterTara

My favorite pose is the recreation of the "Beatles" album cover where the whole wedding party is walking in a straight line across the street. Beautiful frames!

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJessica

The best shots are when neither the bride or groom know they've been photographed yet the photographer is able to capture in a single moment their total love and affection for one another.

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterStephanie

My absolute favorite shot is when the groom is waiting to see the bride for the first time prior to the ceremony...you have the groom standing with his back to his approaching bride and she touches him on his shoulder and when he first turns and sees the love of his life starring back at him. It's pretty impossible to capture the love/anticipation that the groom feels at that moment. But pictures of both when he's waiting and then when he sees his bride for the first time are my favorite!

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterOmaira

The bride and groom looking into each other's eyes with jubilant laughter.

June 26, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRika

I love the candid shots when the bride and groom are just laughing, talking, and enjoying their first few moments being married! I feel like those candid moments can really capture the love between them!

I love the wind blowing the veil poses. Whether they be over the couple or behind them; particularly with a cathedral length veils - takes my breath away

I forgot to leave my email last time, I just left the above comment: I love the wind blowing the veil poses. Whether they be over the couple or behind them; particularly with a cathedral length veils - takes my breath away

I love the candid shots when neither person realizes they are being photographed. Those always come through so sweet and honest.
