Giveaway : Lenox Opal Innocence Place Settings

Another Tuesday = another giveaway. After the last contest ran for an extended period of time due to the Thanksgiving weekend and many readers traveling, the weekly giveaways resume this week and next with a mini break until after the holidays. The weekly giveaways will start right back up in January. Today starts the beginning of a great giveaway from Lenox to highlight the #1 fine china pattern in the nation. One lucky reader will win 2 place settings in their chosen pattern from the Opal Innocence line.

A little bit about the Opal Innocence patterns including the three new patterns that are now part of the Opal family.
• Original Opal Innocence is practical and refined, a true classic for the bride who knows beauty and style are central to her décor.
• Opal Innocence Scroll is a fashion forward twist on the original that exudes femininity. The popular white-on-white budding vine design has been transformed into elegant scrollwork and executed in an asymmetrical design that is emphasized throughout.
• Opal Innocence Stripe is a beautiful bridal basic that incorporates pinstripe detailing highlighted in a raised white-on-white pattern that offers both texture and depth to this classic design.
• Opal Innocence Carved is a microwave safe casual version, allowing brides to enjoy Opal Innocence for everyday dining. The elegant budding vine design has been richly carved into the pristine white porcelain, offering sophisticated flair.

To enter the contest, please let me know which Opal Innocence pattern suits you best and why. The contest will run thru Monday December 14th, with a winner being selected on Tuesday December 15th. Please be sure to leave your email address on the comment form so I can email you if you're the lucky winner {it will not be published}. PS: don't forget to share this post with all your engaged friends.

I like the Opal carved because the design is nice enough for a dinner party but casual enough for everyday use. I'm all about nice subtle details. Getting married 8/14/2010.

I'd definitely pick the Opal Innocence Carved design. We don't really have much need for fancy china that'll sit around, and this high-quality design is too pretty not to be used! Our date's 06.04.11.

My fiance and I had an INSANE time choosing designs for our place settings. He likes traditional ornate and I like modern simple...let's just say it was a several day endeavor to register. In any case, I like the stripe design. We both love silver (it will be all over the place at our February 14, 2010 wedding) and these 2 place settings will be great for our romantic dinners.

My favorite pattern is the Opal Innocence Stripe pattern. This pattern has a timeless, classic look to it that I just love. We're getting married 4/30/2011.

I think the stripe setting is classic and clean! wedding date: oct. 16, 2010.

I love the Opal Innocence Scroll! The only thing better to accessorize than plain white china is china with a graphic pop! As a graphic designer I am always looking for ways to add elegance that don't include or clash with all the other colors I already have going on in my kitchen and this is just the way to do so! Our wedding is Sept 5, 2010

The Lennox Opal Innocence Carved is truly a pattern that can be used for a fancy dinner or a casual candlelight meal with my new husband. Getting married the day after Christmas this year has me excited and thinking of holiday dinnerware. This set would go with anything - any holiday -just team it up with decorative glasses or napkins and it fits my China pattern to a T! My mom loves the Lenox Winter Greetings and indeed finds Lenox to be the best quality china. Thank you for the offer!

I think the Opal Innocence Stripe pattern is great! I have not yet registered for any place settings, and if I were to win 2 settings of these I could add several more to my registry to complete the set!

I love the Opulence Scroll pattern! The scroll pattern is modern yet elegant, just like us and our wedding! We aren't registering for china, and having two place settings would be perfect for our romantic dinners at home!

As an older couple, we really know what we will use. The Lennox Opal Innocence Carved really matches our personalities...classy yet laid back! We will be married October 2nd, 2010. Thanks!

While the Original Opal Innocence is practical and is listed as the most popular version, I like the Opal Innocence Scroll because this pattern defines my personality and preferences. It is simply elegant in its scrollwork, which echoes vintage design but also carries with it a modern element, and it is also uniquely intricate with the off white- on white vine design. This pattern would perfectly complement my dream dining room! Thanks for this great giveaway- its a terrific idea!! Our wedding is September 18, 2010.

I love the opalescent china border!!! The white-on-white design is simple enough to match any occassion or decor but yet extremely elegant with the little vines that go all around the plate with little "pearls." So exquisite! The big day is April 24, 2010!!!

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterTara Noble

I loved Carved! Its always nice when you can use things day to day that have such a great memory behind them.

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterChristina

My fiancee and I really like the stripe design and think that it would work out well for our home.

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterScott S

I have to say my favorite is the carved setting. It's very classy and elegant for upscale dinners, yet fun and simple for everyday uses. It would be a perfect start to building your dinner set!!

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterLB

Oh, how lucky, we are actually needing to purchase some plate settings!
The carved one is my favorite, I'm a fan of things that are carved and vintage-looking, my engagement ring is hand-carved and hand-made by our jeweller and I'd love plates that are carved as well. they are gorgeous!!!

My fiance and I would chose the scroll design. We would chose the scroll design because we adore items that look antique, romantic, yet different all at the same time. The lovely vine work whispers of a romantic past, while the asymetrical pattern makes it fun, fresh, and modern. Our wedding is July 3rd, 2010.

My fiance and I both love the stripe! It is simple, it is beautiful and it is timeless!

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterChristina

I love the beautiful simplicity of the Original design. My fiance and I are pretty traditional and love clean classic designs. Would love to win this!

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJulie

Whoops, forgot to add. Getting married 10/09/2010.

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJulie

I think the Opal Innocence Original is my favorite. It is so elegant and such a classic! My wedding date is May 22! Would love to win.

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterKelly

These are all gorgeous. We are right in the middle of selecting our china, so this giveaway is well-timed! I actually really love the original design - it is so timeless and would make our table beautiful. My wedding date is June 26, 2010.

Thank you!

December 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJenna
