Real Wedding : an Elegant Rustic Fall Wedding at a Ranch
Today's Real Wedding is a beautifully elegant rustic wedding held at the Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, FL. Sarah and Roger's wedding was photographed by Becka and Nate of Studio 222 Photography and coordinated by Lauren of Every Last Detail. The ceremony was held overlooking a natural limestone quarry and there's just the perfect amount of fall touches with the pumpkins {even DIY glittered ones}, grapevine wreaths, candlelit mason jars, and more.

During portrait time, Becka says they were assaulted by sandspurs, so they decided to give them a staring role for the ring shot.

The lighting is stunning for the group shots.

I love the idea of using mason jars, not only are they budget-friendly, but they are so beautiful, especially with the reflection of candlelight. And, they can easily be used again for future parties to hold either votives or fresh cut flowers.

Aren't these send off seed packets adorable? Sarah created them herself. She bought small glassine bags, stuffed them with seeds, and then sewed on a little tag. The guests simply tore off the tag and the bag was open and ready to use.

Congratulations Sarah and Roger. You can see more of their gorgeous rustic wedding here and here. And, recently Sarah took over the reins of a Tuesday blog post while Becka and Nate were on vacation. You can see the "interview with a newlywed : Sarah 10.17.09" here as she gives you some behind the scenes details of her most beautiful fall wedding.
And, a thank you to Becka and Nate for sharing this wedding with my readers today. To see more from Studio 222 Photography, please visit their web site and blog.

I have to second the above comment. The shadowed wedding party is an excellent shot!
Using the sandspurs as an accent to the ring shot is brilliant. It's a great shot!.I also love the bride's shoes and her bouquet plus the candles and the jars completed the whole cozy ambiance of the wedding, simply beautiful!
