News: Macy's Wedding and Gift Registry Promotion

Please see below for my blog giveaway to win a $20 Macy's Gift Card
I received the following email and I wanted to pass it along to you:
"Customers who make a $200 tabletop purchase from one of 25 participating vendors between September 24 – October 5 will receive a $25 cash rebate in the mail. This is the perfect opportunity for friends and family to get the happy couple a great wedding present. Then, there are all of the couples who have been waiting for the right time to get the rest of their dinnerware; this is a great deal and an offer they cannot pass up."

To Redeem: Rebate forms can be found in-store at any Wedding & Gift Registry department or online at www.macysweddingchannel.com/offers. Simply submit your original receipt and a copy of the couple's registry to the specific vendor's address; you will receive your $25 rebate check in the mail.

And Now For The Giveaway:
One lucky reader will win a $20 gift card to Macy's. Simply leave a comment and let us know where you are registering for your wedding (or did register if already married). Please enter before midnight on Friday October 3rd. I'll announce the winner on Monday October 6th. (please be sure to leave me your email address so I can contact you)
Note: here's an example of the best method for leaving your email address online so you avoid spammers collecting the address - yourname{at}gmail{dot}com

lol, I'm not even officially engaged yet, but I already registered at Macy's and Fortunoff because I was talked into it at a bridal show. :P
The Macy's people were really nice though, so we'll probably register there for reals. And maybe Amazon and/or Bed Bath and Beyond.

I registered at Macy's, Target & Honeyfund.com. Macy's was the best when it came time for the China. Fun and exciting to see it all laid out.

My fiance and I registered at Macy's and at JcPenny. We registered at Macy's because the fiance worked there for a while and knew the women running the bridal department, they were very kind to us. At penny's because the merchandise is a bit cheaper so our guests will be able to buy us items at various price points :)

we are considering registering at Macy's and for our honeymoon. We have a household and therefore don't need a lot of the traditional items, but we wanted to offer a traditional registry for our old-fashioned guests. :)
