Something Pink Day 4: Real Pink Wedding

In continuation of "something pink" each day this month for breast cancer awareness, I would like to thank Lara of Southern Weddings and Bliss Event Group for sharing this beautiful pink wedding with me. The wedding of Laura and Matt took place in May in Pensacola, Florida. The "bride wanted her wedding to reflect her Southern roots, strong family bonds, and modern vintage style".

Some Wedding Highlights: teardrop vases full of fluffy peonies, ranunculus and fragrant sweet peas hung above the guest tables, wedding took place on the lawn of their grandparents estate, Sweet Endings table with rock candy, cake and mini cupcakes, custom silk monogrammed runners were used on all tables (Laura and Matt use them in their home today), mini birds and butterflies were placed throughout the space with antique garden furniture to make it feel like a Southern garden, bird place cards were placed on champagne glasses, cones of petals to shower the couple as they entered the reception, custom coasters from My Wedding Labels

More images from the wedding can be found at the Bliss Event Group blog and the Almasy Photo blog here and here.

Holy goodness! I LOVE the hanging ranunculus. I LOVE those linen overlays with the sequence. And the chair covers are to die for. I want to take this wedding home and cuddle with it!!!
