Tough one! You can't go wrong either way. The navy is more sophisticated and the aqua is more playful. It depends on what mood she is going for.

This is really lovely, I think I would like to see it more as a palette for a shower since it is so girly and fun!

The navy and pink just has such a great preppiness about it that I love and I think could work at the seaside or for a garden affair.
