Wedding Tip of the Week:

For a modern, bold look, choose one feature to play up with makeup. Go soft on the eyes, intense on the lips, or vice versa - but don't try to emphasize both. {see more wedding tips here}

This and That . . .

Yesterday was a bit of a long day for me, so I'm sorry for the short post today. My email program decided to stop working after I updated the system software on my MAC. I couldn't get to any of my emails until late in the day when I had finally finished importing them into another program and re-creating all my accounts. My apologies if you emailed me in the past few days and haven't received a reply yet. I promise to get back to you in the next few days.

For the winner of the Le Viette dessert towel, please be sure to email me before 5 pm EST today with your mailing address to claim your prize - brenda{at}bestweddingsites{dot}com

Now, for the fun stuff - here's two web site finds I think you will like.
1. Delightful Details: what a great way to add a unique touch to your wedding - they specialize in distinctive and charming keepsake signage - love the shabby chic style

2. The Cookie Sandwich Co.: these cookie sandwiches would be perfect for bridal shower luncheons and sweet dessert displays at receptions - they look soooo yummy

I love both ideas above... especially the ice cream sandwich! I have made them for friendly get togethers and never thought of using them at a bridal shower! Perfect! Here is a link to a pampered chef product that makes the process so easy if you are making them yourself! :)
